Greater WRKS Apparel — Shipping Policy

At Greater WRKS, we take pride in delivering quality apparel that reflects faith, purpose, and motion. Below you’ll find details about how we ship, process, and deliver your orders.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing times may extend slightly during high-volume seasons or new product drops.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  •  Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
  •  Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing
  •  International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on postal carrier performance, weather, or customs delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Carriers

We currently ship through USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on your destination and selected shipping option.


Domestic Shipping

Orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers. Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped. Remote or rural areas may experience longer transit times.


International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your local government. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or border inspections.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Greater WRKS is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. However, if this happens, contact us at greaterworksfitness@gmail.com and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. If an address is entered incorrectly and the order ships, we are unable to change the destination or issue a refund until the package is returned to us.


Preorders and Backorders

Preorder or backorder items will ship as soon as they are available. If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we may ship items separately at no additional cost.
